With KidiConnect you can stay in touch with your child wherever and whenever you want.

KidiConnect allows you to share messages with children who have VTech products compatible with the application. For your safety, all the contacts of the children must be approved beforehand by the parents, no one can contact them without their prior permission.

NOTE: KidiConnect has been designed to facilitate communication with VTech products compatible with the application. Smartphone users can not send messages to other smartphone users or children who do not have a compatible VTech product.

WHY USE KIDICONNECT?


• TO BE IN CONTACT WITH YOUR CHILD AT ALL TIMES. KidiConnect will allow you to communicate with your child through an Internet connection, no matter how far you are from home. Parents can add other family members and friends to the child's contact list, and grandparents can also communicate with their grandchildren!

• SAFE AND RELIABLE FOR CHILDREN. In order to communicate with a child, all contacts must be approved first by the parents. No one can communicate with your child if you do not approve first.

• FOR ALL AGES! It is very simple, even the smallest can share voice messages, drawings, photos, stamps and pre-recorded messages. And when they grow up, they can write their own text messages through KidiConnect.

• GROUP CHAT. With the family chat group, your child can communicate with several family members and friends at the same time.

• IT'S FUN! You can customize the image of your avatar with a photo or by choosing a character. There are also funny stamps, animations and pre-recorded messages. Your child can even record his messages with nice effects so that his voice sounds like a robot or a mouse.


TO USE KIDICONNECT

Parents:

Please register your child's VTech product before downloading this application. By doing so, you will create a Family Account in Explor @ Park. With the information of this account, the father or mother who registered the product can log in to the KidiConnect application.

This parent will be considered the owner of the Family Account, and will be able to manage the child's contact list to:

• Send friend requests on behalf of your child
• Accept or reject friendship requests sent to your child

The other parent can register an Explor @ Park account on KidiConnect separately and then be added to the family as a family member.

Other family:

In order to communicate with a child, you must receive authorization from your parents. Once you have registered an Explor @ Park account, send a request of friendship to the father or mother of the child through KidiConnect to join your family.

* KidiConnect is compatible with KidiCom MAX and other VTech products compatible with KidiConnect or VTech Kid Connect.
